Our Cancellation Return and Refund Policy ensures that you are informed about the procedures for handling changes, returns, and refunds.   • We apologize that changes and cancellations can only be made to orders that have not been delivered.
  • We will process and complete any refund on the order in approximately 3 to 4 working weeks.
  • If you have received the product we apologize that we have no refund policy unless the products/parcels delivered are damaged

Exchange Policy

We will make our best effort to check and ensure all products are in good condition before the delivery. If you have received your purchase in a less-than-satisfactory condition, please kindly contact us within 12 working hours to arrange for an exchange.

Returns must be in its original packaging and not worn, washed, altered or used.
