Shipping Service
Signature Requirement: You must sign for all deliveries, regardless of any waivers with the shipping company. The person listed on the invoice must sign for receipt. We deliver only on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
Shipping Charges
East Malaysia: Benefit from low-cost shipping with our designated courier.
We are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. Shipping is restricted to addresses within Malaysia.
Delivery Process
Failed Delivery: If the courier cannot deliver your parcel, they will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt or leave a notice for self-pickup. If the courier fails to deliver after two attempts, they will return the parcel to us. You can collect it from our warehouse, but you will incur an additional delivery fee for a new delivery attempt.
Tracking and Issues: Track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. If you encounter issues with tracking or if the parcel is misplaced, contact us immediately for assistance.
