TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PLAYMAT WARRANTY CONDITIONS Version 1.1.2020

Registration Requirement

Register your purchase at www.quintonbaby.com.my/warrantyregistration/ within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you do not register your product in accordance with these terms or provide valid proof of purchase, this warranty will not cover your product. Upload a digital copy of your receipt to support your product purchase.

Warranty Coverage

The 12-month limited warranty for Dwinguler playmats covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty is only applicable to Dwinguler playmats bought in Malaysia from Quinton Baby Malaysia or authorized retailers.

Local Warranty Recognition

The local authorized distributor in the country of purchase recognizes the playmat warranty conditions coverage only for the first user and their children. For purchases in Malaysia, the user must register their product at www.quintonbaby.com.my/warrantyregistor within 30 days to be eligible for warranty from January 1, 2020, onward.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as natural fading of colours, accidents, incorrect or inappropriate usage not following the manual, casualties, cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear, dissatisfaction with functionality, features, or aesthetics, or repairs by a third party. The only remedy under this warranty is to replace the defective part. Quinton does not refund or exchange items damaged from misuse, abuse, normal wear, or incorrect assembly.

Validation and Claims

Quinton Baby (M) Sdn Bhd, as the local authorized sole distributor, will do the final validation on the product upon warranty claim request. The original valid invoice must be presented to assure product authenticity.

Validity and Exceptions

The stated warranty periods are valid only for new stock. We reserve the right to vary the warranty coverage for purchases of floor display units, open units, or those received through lucky draws.

Service Charges and Declines

We reserve the right to impose service charges for products outside the warranty. We also reserve the right to decline service for obsolete, unserviceable, or irreplaceable products. Products must be collected within three months from notification.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to vary, modify, or change these terms and conditions due to changes in service availability, products, or spare parts, or for compliance with applicable policies, rules, and regulations.

Return Instructions

Upon a valid claim, return your product to our Customer Service Center at PT 11, Jalan Mahsan, Taman Industri Mahsan, 72100 Bahau, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Operating hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays).

Shipping Responsibility

Shipping of the product is the owner’s responsibility and at the owner’s cost.

Rights of the Consumer:

Consumers have legal rights under applicable consumer laws, which vary by country. This warranty does not affect those rights.
